Refund Policy

At TheFruitkart owned by M/s. BHAVISHYA SALES, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver fresh and high-quality fruits to our customers. However, we understand that there might be instances where a refund is necessary. Please read the following refund policy carefully:

1. Eligibility for Refund:

  • Damaged Products: we try our best to deliver the best quality products to our customers but If still you receive a damaged or spoiled product we are here to take the responsibility ,upon receiving damaged or spoiled , please contact us immediately upon receipt with photographic evidence.in case we get complaints regarding the same product/s from the majority of our customers ,We will assess the damage and, if approved, provide a refund the amount in the form of coins in your account.

  • Product Approval: Products returned within 12 hours of delivery may be eligible for a refund. Approval for a refund will be based on the condition of the returned product.

2. Refund Process:

  • Contacting Us: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team via email or phone within 12hrs of receiving the product.

  • Approval Notification: Once we review your request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, instructions for the return will be provided.

  • Return of Product: Ensure the product is securely packed for return. We may request the product to be shipped back to us.

  • Refund Issuance: Upon receipt of the returned product and verification, we will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe. The refund will be issued through the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Perishable Goods: Please note that perishable items cannot be returned unless they are damaged upon arrival.

  • Sale Items: Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for a refund.
